Richard on Mad Toast Live

Richard plays solo acoustic guitar on a live podcast show. Airing April 30, 2009. Also a great place to search the archives and listen to some of Madison's best musicians and bands.

Mazomanie Music Conservancy

My friends out in Mazo who do a monthly first friday show of mostly local talent. I've done it six or so years in a row. Always home cooked food and beer for sale, no cover charge. Come out and support their move to their new facility, the Community Building at 9 Broadhead St. (downtown by the big flag). And check out their radio station WISY 92.5FM.

One of my favorite local bands. Country music historian, author, musician and WORT radio host Bill Malone describes Kristy as "one of the shining lights of Madison roots music". I played on their self-titled 2008 CD, 'Let The Teardrops Fall.'

The Swing Crew

A Wisconsin Dells band run by Dennis Reifsteck that I've played in off and on for 20 years. Dennis played bass on two of The Midwesterner CDs.
